By connecting to a Warsect game server, using our Discord, or purchasing VIP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These services are operated by Lohit T.
You must be at least 13 to play and at least 18 (or have verifiable permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms) to make a purchase. You must also comply with the terms and age ratings of the underlying game.
Warsect provides community-run game servers. We provide them "as is" and on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, performance, or that any server will continue to exist. Servers may be restarted, wiped, reconfigured, merged or permanently shut down at any time — map wipes in particular are a normal and expected part of games such as Rust.

We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans at our reasonable discretion. We may act on evidence including logs, recordings and reports. If you are banned for breaking these rules, any VIP you hold is forfeited and is not refunded. We aim to review ban appeals fairly but are not obliged to reverse a decision.
A Warsect account is personal to you. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
We may ask you to verify your game account by entering a short code shown in game. This proves you control that account. Verification is required to earn ranks, claim rewards, join a clan, and — where we have enabled it — to file reports. We may change how strictly this is enforced, including requiring it before you can continue playing; we will announce it in our Discord before doing so.
Linking a Discord account is required to take part in clans, because clan channels and applications run through Discord. Roles in our Discord server are assigned automatically and may be removed automatically when the underlying entitlement ends.
Ranks are earned by playing on our servers. Playtime is measured by our own server-side records, and those records are the sole authority — we do not accept screenshots, third-party trackers, or hours accrued on other servers.
Clans are player-run. Where a clan is given channels in our Discord server:
We set a maximum clan size and may change it to keep matches balanced. A change applies going forward and does not remove existing members.
Reports filed in game are reviewed by our staff. The identity of a reporter is not published publicly, but is visible to staff and may be disclosed if legally required. We are not obliged to tell you the outcome of a report. Filing reports in bad faith is itself a breach of these Terms.
VIP is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access certain quality-of-life features on our servers for the stated period. Buying VIP:
VIP is sold in tiers. The tier you receive is determined by the amount actually paid, not by which package you clicked. Our top tier accepts any amount at or above its stated minimum; paying more than the minimum is voluntary, is treated as support for the project, and grants no additional entitlement beyond that tier. Buying a higher tier while a lower one is active upgrades you; buying a lower tier does not downgrade you.
We commit that VIP will not sell direct gameplay advantage — no purchasable weapons, ammunition, resources, or raid advantages. VIP benefits are convenience and cosmetic in nature. We may adjust the specific perks in a VIP tier to preserve game balance, and will announce material changes in advance where practical.
VIP is a digital service delivered to your game account, normally immediately and in any event within 24 hours of confirmed payment. It is your responsibility to give us the correct game account ID.
Unless stated otherwise, VIP entitlements persist across map wipes for the remainder of their term; in-game items granted by VIP do not.
We are not registered for GST; prices are final and no GST is charged. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect a term already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Warsect is an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, Pocketpair, Mojang Studios, Cfx.re, or any other game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of each game remains subject to that publisher's own EULA and terms, including any rules they impose on server monetisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, items, bases or data, for downtime, for the acts of other players, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, or where we cease operating a server. If we permanently shut down a paid service for reasons unrelated to your conduct, see the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts of India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.
